Summary:To uniform a temperature distribution of a power generation cell of a power generation unit.SOLUTION: A power generation unit 1 of a solid oxide fuel cell, comprises: a solid oxide shaped solid electrolyte layer 2A; an anode electrode layer 2C that is arranged on one surface of the solid electrolyte layer 2A; a cathode electrode layer 2B that is arranged on the other surface of the solid electrolyte layer 2A; a cathode gas passage member 4 that is arranged on the cathode electrode layer 2B side, and forms a passage of a cathode gas supplied to the cathode electrode layer 2B; and an anode gas passage member 5 that is arranged on the anode electrode layer 2C side, and forms a passage of the anode gas supplied to the anode electrode layer 2C.
