Summary:To efficiently prepare materials of cartons in an order corresponding to a prescribed arrangement order.SOLUTION: A material preparation method prepares materials of cartons that are continuously conveyed toward a wrapping step of packaging a carton group in which a prescribed number of cartons storing tissue paper are in a prescribed arrangement order in a unit of one pack. The method includes: a deposit step of stacking the materials respectively corresponding to the cartons forming the carton group and arranging the materials in a prescribed arrangement order along the conveyance direction of the materials; and a stack step of delivering the materials stacked in the deposit step one by one in the conveyance direction, and stacking the material delivered from the downstream side in the conveyance direction on the material delivered from the upstream side in the conveyance direction in the deposit step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】所定の並び順に対応した順序でカートンの資材を効率よく準備する。【解決手段】資材準備方法は、ティシュペーパを収容する所定数のカートンが所定の並び順をなすカートン群を一パックの単位で包装するラッピング工程へ向けて連続的に搬送されるカートンの資材を準備する。本方法は、カートン群をなすカートンのそれぞれに対応する資材を積重し、資材の搬送方向に沿って所定の並び順で資材を配置するデポジット工程と、デポジット工程のそれぞれで積重された資材を搬送方向に一つずつ繰り出し、デポジット工程において搬送方向の上流側から繰り出された資材に搬送方向の下流側から繰り出す資材を重ね合わせるスタック工程と、を備える。【選択図】図６
