To package cartons in a prescribed arrangement order in one pack.SOLUTION: A carton inspection method inspects cartons that are continuously conveyed toward a wrapping step of packaging a carton group in which a prescribed number of cartons storing tissue paper are in a prescribed arrangement order in a unit of one pack. The method comprises: a pose step of stopping conveyance of the conveyed cartons; and a check step of checking whether or not the arrangement order of the prescribed number of cartons stopped in the pose step is the prescribed arrangement order. The carton group has such an appearance that at least a portion of the cartons is different. The check step includes at least one of a color check step of checking whether or not the cartons are in the prescribed arrangement order on the basis of colors formed by the prescribed number of cartons and an image check step of checking whether or not the cartons are in the prescribed arrangement order on the basis of an image obtained by imaging the prescribed number of cartons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】所定の並び順のカートンを一パックで包装する。【解決手段】カートン検査方法は、ティシュペーパを収容する所定数のカートンが所定の並び順をなすカートン群を一パックの単位で包装するラッピング工程へ向けて連続的に搬送されるカートンを検査する。本方法は、搬送されているカートンの搬送を停止するポーズ工程と、ポーズ工程で停止された所定数のカートンの並び順が所定の並び順であるか否かを検査するチェック工程と、を備える。カートン群は、カートンの少なくとも一部が異なる外観をなし、チェック工程は、所定数のカートンがなす色に基づいて所定の並び順であるか否かを検査するカラーチェック工程と、所定数のカートンを撮影した画像に基づいて所定の並び順であるか否かを検査するイメージチェック工程との少なくとも一方を有する。【選択図】図７
