To improve a window landscape by enabling a view of an outdoor space area to be seen from a window of a living room or the like in a housing crowded area, and to protect privacy by blocking a line of sight or the like from the outdoors.SOLUTION: A plane reflecting plate 1 is installed in a window opposed part of an outdoor side space area of a transparent window 11 to enable a person in an indoor space 10b to visually recognize the scenery of the outdoor side space area per se. The plane reflecting plate 1 includes a reflecting surface 1a as a first surface part on which the scenery is reflected and a second surface part for blocking the line of sight from the outside of the window to the inside of the window on the back side of the reflecting surface 1a, and is provided in an upward inclined state from the lower side of the window 11 to the outdoor side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】住宅密集地の居室などの窓から屋外空間域の景色を見られるようにして窓景観の改善化を図り、また屋外からの視線などを遮りプライバシーを保護する。【解決手段】透明な窓１１の屋外側空間域の窓対向部分に平面反射板１を設置し、屋外側空間域自体の景色を屋内１０ｂの人が視覚できるようにした。平面反射板１は、景色が写される第１の面部分である反射面１ａと、反射面１ａの裏側で窓屋外から窓屋内への視線を遮蔽する第２の面部分とを備え、窓１１の下側から屋外側への上り傾斜状態で設けてある。【選択図】図１
