To provide a Karaoke system which can perform Karaoke performance of music that a user selects in a vehicle and allows the user to enjoy Karaoke singing in a realistic and hygienic manner when moving by the vehicle that is automatically driven from a departure place to a destination, which the user selects.SOLUTION: In a Karaoke system, a portable terminal includes: a generation unit for generating a reservation list; an acquisition unit for acquiring position information; and a terminal side transmission unit for requesting allocation of a vehicle. A server device includes: a vehicle allocation processing unit for determining one vehicle to be allocated; a pairing processing unit for pairing the portable terminal and an on-vehicle device installed in one vehicle so as to be communicable; an editing unit for generating audio data for reproduction; and a device side transmission unit for transmitting position information and audio data for reproduction to the on-vehicle device installed in one vehicle.
