To provide a wind state prediction system capable of easily predicting a wind state in a geographical range and a period of a target.SOLUTION: A wind state prediction system comprises: a wind state data acquisition unit for acquiring wind state data consisting of information of wind directions and wind velocities at a plurality of time points for a plurality of past years in a plurality of geographical ranges; an estimation unit by which information of a wind direction and a wind velocity in a typical year corresponding to a combination of a geographical range of a target to acquire estimates of a wind direction and a wind velocity with each time point is inputted and estimates of a wind direction and a wind velocity at every predetermined time interval of the typical year in the geographical range are outputted; a storage unit for storing the estimates of the wind direction and the wind velocity as a typical year wind state database; a prediction target information acquisition unit for acquiring prediction target information; an extraction unit for extracting, from the typical year wind state database, information of estimates of a wind direction and a wind velocity at every predetermined time interval in the geographical range and a period of the target of wind state prediction included in the prediction target information; and an output unit which outputs the estimates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】対象の地理的範囲及び期間の風況を簡便に予測できる風況予測システムを提供する。【解決手段】 複数の地理的範囲における過去の複数年分の複数時点の風向及び風速の情報からなる風況データを取得する風況データ取得部と、風向及び風速の推定値を取得する対象の地理的範囲と各時点との組み合わせに対応する典型年の風向及び風速の情報を入力として、地理的範囲における典型年の所定時間間隔ごとの風向及び風速の推定値を出力する推定部と、風向及び風速の推定値を典型年風況データベースとして記憶する記憶部と、予測対象情報を取得する予測対象情報取得部と、典型年風況データベースから、予測対象情報に含まれる風況予測の対象の地理的範囲及び期間の所定時間間隔ごとの風向及び風速の推定値の情報を抽出する抽出部と、推定値を出力する出力部と、を備える。【選択図】図１
