To provide a manufacturing method of a tire, the method enabling suppression of the occurrence of defect in a shoulder land of a tread.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a tire comprises the steps of: winding a ribbon rubber in a tire circumferential direction thereby forming a tread rubber; and vulcanizing an unvulcanized tire comprising the tread rubber. The vulcanized tire comprises: a plurality of major grooves extending in the tire circumferential direction; and a plurality of lands which are partitioned by the plurality of major grooves and a pair of ground contact ends. The plurality of lands include shoulder lands which are arranged at the outmost side in a tire axial direction.
