To prevent deformation of a substrate having a heater mounted thereon.SOLUTION: A heater comprises: a substrate 54a; a heating element 54b1; a heating element 54b2 that has substantially the same length in a longitudinal direction as the length of the heating element 54b1; a heating element 54b3 that has a length in the longitudinal direction shorter than those of the heating elements 54b1, 54b2; and a heating element 54b4 that has a length in the longitudinal direction shorter than that of the heating element 54b3.
