Summary:To provide a switch control circuit with which it is possible to shorten a dead time.SOLUTION: A switch control circuit (3) controls a first switch (1) which is constituted so that a first voltage is applied to a first terminal, and a second switch (2) which is constituted so that a second voltage lower than the first voltage is applied to a second terminal, while the first terminal is connected to the second terminal of the first switch.
