To enable clear game progress in a game machine for displaying a reserved pattern corresponding to entry of game balls into a first start pocket or a reserved pattern corresponding to entry of game balls into a second start pocket according to a game state.SOLUTION: A game machine of a type having a first start pocket in which ball entry possibility is not always changed and a second start pocket that can be changed to an open state for facilitating entry of game balls exists. First reservation storage is stored based on entry of game balls into the first start pocket, second reservation storage is stored based on entry of game balls into the second start pocket, and a game state can be shifted to a special game state in which an opening time of the second start pocket is extended much more than in a normal state. In the normal state, the number of first reservation storages is displayed as a reservation pattern, and the number of second reservation storages is not displayed as a reservation pattern.
