Summary: | To provide a storage battery recycling method that achieves efficient dismantling of a storage battery and improves a resource recovery rate.SOLUTION: A storage battery recycling method includes the steps for dismantling each constituting component on the basis of a dismantling method according to the type of a storage battery, collecting an electrolyte in the dismantling step for the storage battery, cutting an electrode component out of the constituting components to produce a cut piece, placing the cut piece on a mounting surface provided in a container containing water, separating different types of materials from the cut piece by applying a predetermined number of electric pulse discharges in the water in the container, selecting and collecting a plurality of materials separated from the cut piece for each type of material, and collecting the water contained in the container in which the electric pulse discharges were performed and extracting the components of the electrolyte dissolved in the water on the basis of electrodialysis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】蓄電池の効率的な解体を実現すると共に、資源回収率を向上させる蓄電池リサイクル方法を提供する。【解決手段】蓄電池の種別に応じた解体方法に基づいて構成部品毎に解体する工程と、前記蓄電池を解体する工程においてに電解液を回収する工程と、前記構成部品のうち電極部品を裁断し切断片を生成する工程と、水が収容された容器内に設けられた載置面に前記切断片を配置する工程と、前記容器中の水中において電気パルス放電を所定回数行い、前記切断片から異なる種別の素材を分離する工程と、前記切断片から分離された複数の素材を種別ごとに選別して回収する工程と、前記電気パルス放電を行った前記容器内に収容された前記水を回収し前記水中に溶解した電解液の成分を電気透析に基づいて抽出する工程と、を備える、蓄電池リサイクル方法である。【選択図】図1 |
