The orifice is connected to the channel to constrict flow from the channel. The area of the cross section passing through the center of the orifice and perpendicular to the flow direction of the liquid has at least one of a portion where no change occurs in the area from the entrance to the exit of the orifice and a portion where the area increases from the entrance to the exit of the orifice.
