Summary: | To provide a blinking light spot counting method and device which can accurately count the number of blinking light spots from a dynamic image in such a situation that the blinking light spots that may move are scattered.SOLUTION: A blinking light spot counting device (200) generates a light spot image Fh from dynamic image data made of a prescribed first frame number (n) (301), determines whether or not a light spot is a blinking light spot for each of the plurality of light spots obtained by substantially overlapping dynamic images for each second frame number (p) of the first frame number (304), determines the same blinking light spot if the first and second blinking light spots are within a prescribed distance on the basis of position information of the first blinking light spot obtained for each second frame number and position information of the second blinking light spot obtained previously (309), and counts these blinking light spots as one when the blinking light spots are the same blinking light spot, and counts as the different blinking light spots in other cases (310).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】移動する可能性がある点滅光点が散在している状況において動画像から点滅光点の個数を正確にカウント可能な点滅光点計数方法および装置を提供する。【解決手段】点滅光点計数装置(200)は、所定の第1フレーム数(n)からなる動画像データから光点画像Fhを生成し(301)、第1フレーム数のうち第2フレーム数(p)ごとに動画像を順次重畳して得られた複数の光点の各々について、その光点が点滅光点であるか否かを判定し(304)、第2フレーム数ごとに得られた第1の点滅光点の位置情報とそれ以前に得られた第2の点滅光点の位置情報とに基づいて第1および第2の点滅光点が所定の距離以内であれば同一の点滅光点として判定し(309)、同一点滅光点と判定されるとこれらの点滅光点を1つと計数し、それ以外は別個の点滅光点として計数する(310)。【選択図】図3 |
