Summary:To provide an abnormality cause estimation device of a fluid machine which can easily and highly accurately estimate an abnormality cause of the fluid machine.SOLUTION: An abnormality cause estimation device of a fluid machine comprises: a measurement value input unit which inputs a measurement value obtained from a sensor installed in the fluid machine; a performance calculation unit which calculates the performance of the fluid machine from the measurement value obtained by the measurement value input unit; an abnormality determination unit which determines the presence/absence of an abnormality in the measurement value obtained by the measurement value input unit and the performance of the fluid machine calculated by the performance calculation unit; an abnormality cause estimation unit which estimates an abnormality cause of the fluid machine on the basis of the determination result of the presence/absence of the abnormality in the performance of the fluid machine determined by the abnormality determination unit and the abnormality cause of the fluid machine previously stored in an abnormality cause database; and a result output unit which outputs the abnormality cause estimation result of the fluid machine estimated by the abnormality cause estimation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】流体機械の異常原因を簡便に、かつ、高精度に推定すること流体機械の異常原因推定装置をえること。【解決手段】本発明の流体機械の異常原因推定装置は、上記課題を解決するために、流体機械に設置されたセンサから得られた計測値が入力される計測値入力部と、該計測値入力部で得られた計測値から前記流体機械の性能を算出する性能計算部と、前記計測値入力部で得られた計測値及び前記性能計算部で算出された前記流体機械の性能の異常有無を判定する異常判定部と、該異常判定部で判定された前記流体機械の性能の異常有無の判定結果及び異常原因データベースに予め格納されている前記流体機械の異常原因に基づいて前記流体機械の異常原因を推定する異常原因推定部と、該異常原因推定部で推定された前記流体機械の異常原因推定結果を出力する結果出力部と、を備えていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
