Summary: | To make all rotary rods constituting a drum rod screen a round rod, and to make it possible to reduce weight and easily rotate a hollow cladding tube on an outer side by inserting the hollow cladding tube into the round rod, and to improve sieve efficiency.SOLUTION: In a drum rod screen 1, each rotary rod 6 is configured from a round rod 6a having a circular cross section, an outer circumference of the round rod 6a is cladded with a hollow cladding tube 6c having a square cross section, a tip support shaft 6b is formed at both ends of the round rod 6a, and the hollow cladding tube 6c is divided between a front bearing annular frame 3 and an insertion annular frame 7, and between a rear bearing annular frame 4 and the insertion annular frame 7. Thus, the round rod 6a inside the hollow cladding tube 6c facilitates rotation, whereby retention of viscous substances and the like is eliminated and sieve efficiency is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】ドラムロッドスクリーンを構成する回転ロッドを全て丸棒とし、その丸棒に中空被覆管を挿入することにより、重量減と共に、外側の中空被覆管は回り易くなり、篩効率が向上した。【解決手段】ドラムロッドスクリーン1において、各回転ロッド6は、断面が円の丸棒6aにて構成され、丸棒6aの外周を断面が四角形状の中空被覆管6cにて被覆され、先端支持軸6bは丸棒6aの両端部に形成され、中空被覆管6cは、前方の軸受円環状フレーム3と挿通円環状フレーム7との間と、後方の軸受円環状フレーム4と挿通円環状フレーム7との間にて、分割されていることを特徴とするドラムロッドスクリーンにより構成される。これにより、中空被覆管6cは内部が丸棒6aであるため、回り易くなり、粘性物質等の居着きが解消され、篩効率が向上した。【選択図】 図12 |
