Summary:To evaluate the magnetic characteristic of a stator core in such a state of being excited to a back yoke of the stator core.SOLUTION: A stator core magnetic characteristic evaluation device (1) for evaluating the magnetic characteristic of a stator core (2) using interpolation cores (3, 4) for excitation includes a pair of interpolation cores (3, 4) for excitation symmetrically interpolated to the stator core (2). Each of interpolation cores (3, 4) for excitation brings an interpolation yoke (9) around which an excitation coil (8) is wound into close contact with teeth (7) of the stator core (2). In the present invention, the interpolation yoke (9) of the interpolation cores (3, 4) for excitation and the teeth (7) of the stator core (2) are brought into close contact with each other by the width (w) or greater of a back yoke (6) of the stator core (2). In the present invention, a pressure controller (5) for controlling the contact pressure of the interpolation yoke (9) of each of the interpolation cores (3, 4) for excitation and the teeth (7) of the stator core (2) is provided between the pair of interpolation cores (3, 4) for excitation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】ステータコアのバックヨークまで励磁させた状態でステータコアの磁気特性を評価できるようにすること。【解決手段】本発明では、励磁用内挿コア(3,4)を用いてステータコア(2)の磁気特性を評価するステータコア磁気特性評価装置(1)において、ステータコア(2)の内側に対称に内挿される一対の励磁用内挿コア(3,4)を設け、各励磁用内挿コア(3,4)は、励磁コイル(8)を巻回した内挿ヨーク(9)をステータコア(2)の複数本ずつのティース(7)と密接させることにした。また、本発明では、前記励磁用内挿コア(3,4)の内挿ヨーク(9)とステータコア(2)のティース(7)とをステータコア(2)のバックヨーク(6)の幅(w)以上で密接させることにした。さらに、本発明では、前記一対の励磁用内挿コア(3,4)の間に、各励磁用内挿コア(3,4)の内挿ヨーク(9)とステータコア(2)のティース(7)との接触圧力を調整するための圧力調整器(5)を設けることにした。【選択図】図2
