Summary:To provide a clamp device and an instillation monitoring device capable of appropriately closing a transfusion tube irrespective of manufacturing variation of components.SOLUTION: A clamp device 1 includes: a DC motor 15 for driving a clamp mechanism 14; a motor current detection circuit 16; a photosensor 17 for detecting opening and closing of a transfusion tube 3b by the clamp mechanism 14; a drive control section 82 for outputting a drive signal to drive the DC motor 15, stopping the output of the drive signal to stop the drive of the DC motor 15; and a drive time setting section 81 for setting an extension time until stopping the output of the drive signal from the detection of the closure of the transfusion tube 3b, based on a current value detected by the motor current detection circuit 16. The drive control section 82 stops the drive of the DC motor 15 based on the extension time set by the drive time setting section 81 when the photosensor 17 detects the closure of the transfusion tube 3b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】構成部品の製造ばらつきにかかわらず、輸液チューブを適切に閉塞することができるクランプ装置及び点滴監視装置を提供すること。【解決手段】クランプ装置1は、クランプ機構14を駆動させるDCモータ15と、モータ電流検出回路16と、クランプ機構14による輸液チューブ3bの開放又は閉塞を検出するフォトセンサ17と、駆動信号を出力してDCモータ15を駆動させ、該駆動信号の出力を停止してDCモータ15の駆動を停止させる駆動制御部82と、モータ電流検出回路16により検出される電流値に基づいて、輸液チューブ3bの閉塞を検出してから駆動信号の出力を停止させるまでの延長時間を設定する駆動時間設定部81と、を備え、駆動制御部82は、フォトセンサ17が輸液チューブ3bの閉塞を検出した場合、駆動時間設定部81により設定された延長時間に基づいてDCモータ15の駆動を停止させる。【選択図】図1
