To improve validity of evaluation data of a building space environment to implement more appropriate evaluation of the building space environment.SOLUTION: A building space evaluation device 1 comprises: an actual use state evaluation unit 11-2 which is configured to, on the basis of actual use state information of each user about one or more utility spaces within a building in an evaluation object period, determine a stay availability being an index showing whether the user is appropriate as an evaluator who evaluates the utility spaces; a questionnaire answer information acquisition unit 12 which is configured to acquire questionnaire answers about environments of the utility spaces in the evaluation object period; and a questionnaire evaluation unit 13 which is configured to evaluate the questionnaire answers on the basis of the stay availability of the user being the same person as a questionnaire answerer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】建物空間環境の評価データの妥当性を高め、より適切な建物空間環境の評価を実現する。【解決手段】建物空間評価装置１は、評価対象期間における建物内の１つ以上の利用空間に関する利用者毎の利用実態情報に基づいて、利用者が利用空間を評価する評価者として適正かどうかの指標である滞在有効度を決定するように構成された利用実態評価部１１－２と、評価対象期間中の利用空間の環境に対するアンケート回答を取得するように構成されたアンケート回答情報取得部１２と、アンケート回答者と同一人物の利用者の滞在有効度に基づいてアンケート回答を評価するように構成されたアンケート評価部１３を備える。【選択図】 図１
