Summary:SOLUTION: A data processing device includes: a braid data acquisition part for acquiring braid data output from a piezoelectric braid mounted on an animal; a frequency analysis part for analyzing a frequency of the braid data; an amplitude analysis part for analyzing an amplitude of the braid data; a waveform analysis part for analyzing a waveform of the braid data; and a state estimation part for estimating a state of an animal on the basis of at least two of an analysis result by the frequency analysis part, an analysis result by the amplitude analysis part, and an analysis result by the waveform analysis part. The waveform analysis part may output a type of an action of the animal acquired by inputting the waveform of the braid data to a learned model that has executed machine learning for estimating the type of the action of the animal as an analysis result.
