To provide a powdery dispersant composition for a hydraulic composition which is excellent in heat resistance.SOLUTION: The powdery dispersant composition for a hydraulic composition contains a copolymer including, as constituent monomers, (A) one or more compounds selected from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, fumaric acid, maleic anhydride, and maleic acid, and (B) one or more compounds selected from compounds represented by specific methacrylic acid ester compounds and specific acrylic acid ester compounds, and optionally an alkaline agent, in which a degree of neutralization of the copolymer is 0.7 or more and 1 or less, and the alkaline agent content is 0.3 molar equivalent or less with respect to the copolymer.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】耐熱性に優れた水硬性組成物用粉末分散剤組成物を提供する。【解決手段】構成単量体として、（Ａ）アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、フマル酸、無水マレイン酸、及びマレイン酸から選択される１種類以上の化合物と、（Ｂ）特定のメタクリル酸エステル化合物、及び特定のアクリル酸エステル化合物で表される化合物から選択される１種以上の化合物とを含む共重合体と、任意にアルカリ剤とを含有する水硬性組成物用粉末分散剤組成物であって、前記共重合体の中和度が０．７以上１以下であり、前記アルカリ剤の含有量は、前記共重合体に対して０．３モル等量以下である、水硬性組成物用粉末状分散剤組成物。【選択図】なし
