At this time, an actuator 73a does not block a light path of a sensor 73b (sensor-OFF-state). When cutting of the roll sheet Rp by the cutting portion 4 succeeds, the feeding roller 2 and the arm 2a are displaced downward as the tension of the roll sheet Rp decreases, and the actuator 73a blocks the light path of the sensor 73b (sensor-ON-state).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】シート状媒体の切断の成否を確認可能とする。【解決手段】ロール紙Ｒｐにテンションが与えられると、切断部４及び中間ローラ対３１より搬送経路の上流においてロール紙Ｒｐの上面に接触する給送ローラ２及びアーム２ａは、ロール紙Ｒｐによって持ち上げられる。このとき、アクチュエータ７３ａは、センサ７３ｂの光路を遮蔽していない（センサＯＦＦ状態）。切断部４によるロール紙Ｒｐの切断が成功すると、ロール紙Ｒｐのテンションが下がるに連れて給送ローラ２及びアーム２ａが下方に変位し、アクチュエータ７３ａは、センサ７３ｂの光路を遮蔽する（センサＯＮ状態）。【選択図】図７
