To provide a cap capable of enhancing handleability and a syringe with the cap.SOLUTION: A cap 30 of this invention comprises: a bottomed-tubular cap body 31 which has a puncture part 31a to be punctured with a needle tube and a fitting part 31b to be externally fitted to a member having the needle tube fixed thereto; and a tubular or bottomed-tubular cover 32 which covers at least a part of the outer peripheral surface 31d of the cap body 31.
