To provide a water tank which can deal with the increase of the treatment amount of muddy water.SOLUTION: A water tank comprises: a water-collecting trough having a plurality of notch parts at an upper edge part in a state of being in close contact with and/or separated from a side wall where the drain outlet of the water tank is disposed; and a rush body adjacent to the front surface of the water-collecting trough and made of a fibrous aggregate.
