The web extends in a longitudinal direction (93) from a light output surface (6) to a rear surface (7), and is delimited by web side surfaces (11) in a lateral direction (91) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (93). The web has a first region (910) and a second region (920) adjacent to the first region in a vertical direction (92) perpendicular to the longitudinal and lateral directions. The web includes a first semiconductor material in the first region (910), and at least one second semiconductor material different from the first semiconductor material in the second region (920).
