To provide an immunochromatographic test piece for controlling development of a specimen on the immunochromatographic test piece and appropriately controlling treatment with acidic reagent, nitrite and neutralizing reagent, and immunochromatographic method using the test piece.SOLUTION: An immunochromatographic test piece including a sample pad for adding a specimen mixed with nitrite or acid solution, a labeled body area containing a labeled antibody formed by labeling antibody against a carbohydrate antigen, and a detection area immobilizing an antibody against the carbohydrate antigen, forming a complex of antibody-carbohydrate antigen-labeled antibody in the detection area and measuring the carbohydrate antigen; the immunochromatographic test piece for extracting and measuring the carbohydrate antigen in the specimen, includes an area impregnated with a neutralizing reagent on an upstream side of the labeled body area, and includes on a further upstream side of the area impregnated with the neutralizing reagent, an area impregnated with the solid acidic reagent when using a specimen mixed with the nitrite, and an area impregnated with the nitrite when using the specimen mixed with the acid solution. The immunochromatographic test piece is characterized in using a hydrophobic material in the area impregnated with the nitrite or solid acid reagent.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、イムノクロマト試験片上での検体の展開を制御し、酸性試薬と亜硝酸塩と中和試薬による処理を適切に制御するためのイムノクロマト試験片及び該試験片を用いたイムノクロマト方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】亜硝酸塩又は酸性溶液と混合した検体を添加するサンプルパッド、糖鎖抗原に対する抗体を標識した標識抗体を含む標識体領域及び前記糖鎖抗原に対する抗体を固相化した検出領域を含み、検出領域において抗体-糖鎖抗原-標識抗体の複合体を形成させ、糖鎖抗原を測定するイムノクロマト試験片であって、前記標識体領域の上流に中和試薬を含浸させた領域を有し、さらに該中和試薬を含浸させた領域の上流に、亜硝酸塩と混合した検体を用いるときには固形状酸性試薬を含浸させた領域を有し、酸性溶液と混合した検体を用いるときには亜硝酸塩を含浸させた領域を有する、検体中の糖鎖抗原を抽出し測定するためのイムノクロマト試験片であって、亜硝酸塩又は固形状酸性試薬を含浸させた領域に疎水性の素材を用いることを特徴とする、イムノクロマト試験片。【選択図】なし
