Summary:To provide a technology to evaluate physical strength in walking exercise by measuring a walking speed and a cardiac rate.SOLUTION: In a physical strength evaluation system 100, a reference storage unit 36 stores a walking heartbeat reference in which a correspondence relation of a standard value of a relative cardiac rate to a walking speed is determined by gender and by age, a speed acquisition unit 32 acquires a measurement value of a walking speed of a subject 10, and a heartbeat acquisition unit 33 acquires a measurement value of the relative cardiac rate of the subject 10. A standard value derivation unit 37 derives a standard value of the relative cardiac rate to the acquired measurement value of the walking speed on the basis of the walking heartbeat reference.
