Summary: | To provide an LED display device provided with an LED package that can stabilize the amount of an emitted light beam for a long period, while reducing its size.SOLUTION: An LED display device B10 is provided with an LED package A20, a mounting substrate 81 on which the LED package A20 is mounted, and a housing 82 that surrounds the periphery of the LED package A20 on the side where the LED package A20 is located with respect to the mounting substrate 81. The LED package 20 includes a substrate 10 and sealing resin. The substrate 10 contains a plurality of glass cloths laminated in a thickness direction, and impregnated resin impregnated into the plurality of glass cloths. The impregnated resin includes acrylic resin. The sealing resin contains silicone. In the thickness direction, a predetermined gap Δg is provided between the mounting substrate 81 and the housing 82.
