Summary: | To provide a method for producing a decellularized material for transplantation which is available for a graft composition, and minimizes a sewn part by yarn.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a decellularized material for transplantation which includes a step (a) of sampling a blood vessel having a branch from a vertebrate (donor), a step (b) of decellularizing the blood vessel, and a step (c) of removing the branch, and bonding a part from which the branch is removed by protein denaturation treatment and closing the part, in a random order, wherein the protein denaturation treatment is an ultrasonic vibration treatment, and the protein denaturation treatment is performed at a position separated from the branch part of the blood vessel by 3-5 mm. There is also provided a graft composition which is composed of a biocompatible material containing the decellularized material for transplantation.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】移植片組成物に利用可能な、糸による縫合部を最小限に抑えた移植用脱細胞化材料を製造する方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】上記目的を達成するため、本発明は、(a)脊椎動物(ドナー)から分枝を有する血管を採取する工程、(b)当該血管を脱細胞化する工程、及び(c)分枝を切除するとともに、分枝を切除した部分をタンパク質変性処理により接着し閉管する工程を順不同で含む、移植用脱細胞化材料の製造方法であって、前記タンパク質変性処理が超音波振動処理であり、前記血管の枝分かれ部分から3~5mm離れた位置で前記タンパク質変性処理を行う、移植用脱細胞化材料の製造方法を提供する。さらに、本発明は当該移植用脱細胞化材料を含む生体適合性材料からなる移植片組成物も提供する。【選択図】なし |
