To provide a nursing band excellent in comforts that allows a height position of the hip of an infant to be adjusted according to the growth of the infant, and a hip part height adjusting member.SOLUTION: A nursing band (1) includes: a shoulder belt (2); a parent side mounting part (4) disposed between an infant and a person carrying the infant; an infant side holding part (5) disposed facing the parent side mounting part for supporting the infant by uplifting the hip part of the infant from below with a hip part support part; and a hip part height adjusting member (7) stretched between the parent side mounting part (4) and the infant side holding part (5) for supporting the hip part of the infant at a position higher than the hip part support part. One end of the hip part height adjusting member (7) is connected to the parent side mounting part (4) and the other end is connected to the infant side holding part (5).
