To provide a device for preventing overturning of a two wheel vehicle.SOLUTION: An overturning prevention device of a two wheel vehicle and a two wheel vehicle mounted with the overturning prevention device of a two wheel vehicle have the following structures in which a lower arm mounting part 3 is provided on a side surface of a two wheel vehicle 1, a lower arm 4 is mounted on the lower arm mounting part 3, a suspension 8 is mounted on the opposite side of a vehicle body of the lower arm 4, and a wheel mounting part 7 on which a wheel 2 is mounted is provided below the suspension 8, and further, the wheel 2 is mounted at an angle at which the wheel at the time when the two wheel vehicle 1 is inclined is nearly perpendicular to a ground surface, where the wheel 2 is installed so that the wheel always points to the inside with respect to an advancing direction, from the advancing direction that is a direction in which a front wheel 10 is pointing, when the wheel contacts the ground surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】本発明は二輪車の転倒を防ぐための装置を提供する。【解決手段】二輪車１の側面にロアアーム取り付け部３を設け、前記ロアアーム取り付け部３にロアアーム４を取り付け、そのロアアーム４の車体と反対側にサスペンション８を取り付ける、前記サスペンション８の下部に車輪取り付け部７を設け車輪２を取り付ける。更に、前記車輪２は二輪車１を傾けた時に地面に対して垂直に近い角度になるように取り付けられている。その車輪２は、地面に接地したときに、常に進行方向すなわち前輪１０の向いている方向から、前記進行方向より内側を向いているように設置されている。この様な構造をした、二輪車の転倒防止装置、及び二輪車の転倒防止装置付き二輪車。【選択図】図２
