Summary: | To make downsizing easier and provide a self-lock function.SOLUTION: An actuator device 21 includes a driving gear 41 and a driven gear 42 which respectively have rotation axes La, Lb arranged parallel to each other and engage with each other. The driving gear 41 is provided with a first engaging tooth 61 having a protruding tip part 63. The driven gear 42 is provided with a second engaging tooth 62 having a recessed tip part 64. Further, the actuator device 21 has a state that the protruding tip part 63 and the recessed tip part 64 face each other. Further, when the driving gear 41 rotates from the state in first, a gear tooth 41xa located adjacent to the first engaging tooth 61 is engaged with the second engaging tooth 62 of the driven gear 42 by rotation of the driving gear 41. When the driven gear 42 rotates in first, the recessed tip part 64 is engaged with the protruding tip part 63 to cause interference between the first engaging tooth 61 and the second engaging tooth 62 and thereby restrict rotation of the driven gear 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】小型化容易にセルフロック機能を付与する。【解決手段】アクチュエータ装置21は、並行する回転軸La,Lbを有して互いに噛合する駆動ギヤ41及び従動ギヤ42を備える。駆動ギヤ41には、凸状先端部63を有した第1係合歯61が設けられ、従動ギヤ42には、凹状先端部64を有した第2係合歯62が設けられる。また、アクチュエータ装置21は、これらの凸状先端部63と凹状先端部64とが互いに対向する状態を有する。更に、この状態から駆動ギヤ41が先に回転する場合には、その駆動ギヤ41の回転によって、第1係合歯61の隣に位置するギヤ歯41xaが従動ギヤ42の第2係合歯62に噛合する。そして、従動ギヤ42が先に回転しようとした場合には、凹状先端部64が凸状先端部63に係合して第1係合歯61と第2係合歯62とが干渉することにより、その従動ギヤ42の回転が規制される。【選択図】図9 |
