Summary:To provide packaged food exhibiting an excellent opening property together with fall resistance, that comprises a lid body exhibiting excellent gas barrier such as water vapor or the like, the body comprising a paper substrate.SOLUTION: According to a lid body 10 comprising a container body 12 whose opening is provided, that is formed with a flange, a functional layer 6 exhibiting a water-resisting property, a printing layer 5, a paper substrate 4, a support layer 2, and a heat seal layer 1 in this order; packaged food 40 according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a food packaging container 20 comprising a lid body heat-sealed by the flange via the heat seal layer, that covers the opening; and food 30 stored in the food packaging container. Mass of the paper substrate is larger than mass of any other layer included in the lid body. Fracture strength of the support layer is larger than peeling strength between the lid body and the container body. A heat seal portion between the lid body and the container body has a width of 2 to 12 mm.
