The polyhedral structure is positioned on each photodiode, and includes: a bottom surface facet 112; a top surface facet 114; and at least one side surface facet 116. The bottom surface facet is positioned between the side surface facet and the photodiode, and an orthogonal projection of the polyhedral structure is overlapped with each photodiode.
