To enhance efficiency in selecting comparison image data corresponding to interpretation image data.SOLUTION: A medical image display apparatus includes a determination section and a display control section. The determination section determines whether or not a position of a mouse cursor is superimposed on a display range of interpretation target medical image data arranged in a display screen of a display section.
