Summary:To inhibit a temperature of a relay device from reaching a usage upper limit temperature when an on-vehicle battery is charged through the relay device while preventing increasing in the physical constitution of the relay device and costs as much as possible.SOLUTION: A relay unit 15 includes: first bus bars 12a, 12b, 14a, 14b forming current paths between an inlet 42 to which a charging connector of an external charger is connected and a high-voltage battery 34; relay devices 26, 28 which are provided at the first bus bars and closed when an on-vehicle battery is charged by the external charger; and second bus bars 12, 14 forming current paths between the high-voltage battery and an electric power conversion system 36 for driving a driving motor. The first bus bars are branched from the second bus bars and form the current paths extending from branch points 18, 20 and reaching the inlet through the relay devices.
