To prevent dew formation in a ventilation device when ventilating a room.SOLUTION: A ventilation device (10) takes in ambient air and discharges air from inside a room simultaneously. The ventilation device is equipped with a hood (12) formed with a suction port (18) for sucking air from inside the room, a first cover (21) for covering a side wall of the hood from outside with a gap, and a second cover (26) for covering the first cover from outside with a gap. The outside of the suction port is formed with an air outlet (23) for blowing ambient air inside the room from the gap between the side wall of the hood and the first cover. The outside of the air outlet is formed with an outside suction port (28) for sucking air to the gap between the first cover and the second cover from inside the room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】室内の換気時に換気装置における結露の発生を防止する。【解決手段】換気装置（１０）は、外気を取り込むと同時に室内から空気を排出する。換気装置には、室内から空気を吸い込む吸込口（１８）が形成されたフード（１２）と、隙間を空けてフードの側壁を外側から覆う第１のカバー（２１）と、隙間を空けて第１のカバーを外側から覆う第２のカバー（２６）と、が設けられている。吸込口の外側にはフードの側壁と第１のカバーの隙間から室内に外気を吹き出す吹出口（２３）が形成され、吹出口の外側には室内から第１のカバーと第２のカバーの隙間に空気を吸い込む外側吸込口（２８）が形成されている。【選択図】図１
