To safely collect and treat hazardous waste having possibility to damage a waste treatment facility even when such a hazardous waste is included in treatment-object waste.SOLUTION: Waste treatment equipment comprises: first crushing means crushing charged waste; separation means separating waste crushed by the first crushing means into hazardous waste mainly including hazardous material and removal waste with hazardous waste removed; magnetic separation means separating magnetic substance from the removal waste separated by the separation means; non-magnetic separation means which separates non-magnetic substance from removal waste after the magnetic substance is separated by the magnetic separation means; first transportation means transporting the hazardous waste separated by the separation means; hazardous material separation means separating hazardous material from the hazardous waste transported by the first transportation means; and second transportation means which transports the magnetic substance separated by the magnetic separation means, the non-magnetic substance separated by the non-magnetic separation means, and the hazardous material separated by the hazardous material separation means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】廃棄物を処理する設備に損傷を与える可能性を有する危険廃棄物が含まれる場合でも、危険廃棄物を安全に回収して処理すること。【解決手段】廃棄物処理装置は、投入された廃棄物を破砕する第１破砕手段と、第１破砕手段により破砕された廃棄物を、危険物を主に含む危険廃棄物と危険廃棄物が除かれた除去廃棄物とにふるい分けする篩い分け手段と、篩い分け手段によってふるい分けされた除去廃棄物から磁性体を選別する磁選手段と、磁選手段によって磁性体が選別された後の除去廃棄物から非磁性体を選別する非磁選手段と、篩い分け手段によって篩い分けされた危険廃棄物を搬送する第１搬送手段と、第１搬送手段によって搬送された危険廃棄物から危険物を選別する危険物選別手段と、磁選手段によって選別された磁性体と、非磁選手段によって選別された非磁性体と、危険物選別手段によって選別された危険物と、を搬送する第２搬送手段と、を備える。【選択図】図１
