A first operational amplifier OA11 has a first input connected to the drain of the high-side transistor MHB, a second input connected to the drain of the first transistor M11, and an output connected to the gate of a second transistor M12. A third transistor M13 receives the gate voltage of a low-side transistor MLB on its gate, whose source is connected to the source of the low-side transistor MLB.
