To provide a joint structure of a pile with a superstructure allowing suppression of variability in magnitude of horizontal force applied to the pile from each column base of the superstructure, application to the superstructure of two or more stories and simultaneous using of braces, while simplifying the structure and decreasing cost of the structure.SOLUTION: Provided is a joint structure of a pile having a cap member and concrete filled in a space formed between an upper outer periphery of the pile and the cap member, with a superstructure. The cap member has the pile installed in ground, a vertical position adjusting tool installed at a pile head, a top plate jointed with a column of the superstructure, and a cylindrical engagement part provided under the top plate, with the top plate placed on the vertical position adjusting tool so as to be in a state of the engagement part covering the upper outer periphery of the pile.
