To provide a cosmetic having a smooth and moist feeling while being micro-plastic bead free.SOLUTION: There is provided a cosmetic containing no micro-plastic beads which contains a spherical cellulose powder having an average particle diameter of 3 to 30 μm which is surface-treated with a metallic soap synthesized from a fatty acid having a carbon number of 8 to 20 and one metal such as magnesium, potassium, barium and zinc (component A) and mica or synthetic phlogopite having an average particle diameter of 1 to 30 μm which is surface-treated with a metallic soap synthesized from a fatty acid having a carbon number of 8 to 20 and one metal such as magnesium, potassium, barium and zinc (component B).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】マイクロプラスチックビーズフリーでありながら、滑らかでしっとりとした感触を有する化粧料を提供することを目的とするものである。【解決手段】炭素数８～２０の脂肪酸とマグネシウム、カリウム、バリウム、亜鉛などの金属の一種とで合成された金属石けんで表面処理された平均粒子径が３～３０μｍの球状セルロース粉体（成分Ａ）及び、炭素数８～２０の脂肪酸とマグネシウム、カリウム、バリウム、亜鉛などの金属の一種とで合成された金属石けんで表面処理された粒子径が１～３０μｍのマイカまたは合成金雲母（成分Ｂ）を含有するマイクロプラスチックビーズを含まないことを特徴とする化粧料を開発するに至った。【選択図】なし
