Summary: | To provide a technique for stably producing an ultrafine bubble-containing liquid even when a liquid containing various additives and an organic solvent as main components is used.SOLUTION: A method for producing an ultrafine bubble-containing liquid includes: a supply step of supplying a liquid L10 containing at least one substance selected from the following group to a liquid supply region 22 where a discharge port formation member 25 formed with a discharge port 26 having a minute diameter is arranged; and a discharge step of pressing the liquid L10 supplied to the liquid supply region 22 by pressing means 28 brought into contact with the liquid, and discharging the liquid L10 as a droplet from the discharge port 26. 【課題】多様な添加物を含有する液体や有機溶媒を主成分とする液体を用いてもウルトラファインバブル含有液を安定して製造することが可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】 ウルトラファインバブル含有液の製造方法は、下記の群から選択される少なくとも1つの物質を含む液体L10を、微小径の吐出口26が形成された吐出口形成部材25を配した液体供給領域22に供給する供給工程と、液体供給領域22に供給された液体L10を当該液体に接する加圧手段28によって加圧し、吐出口26から液体L10を液滴として吐出させる吐出工程と、を含む。ここで、群は、熱変性素材、無機塩、アミノ酸およびその塩、糖質・糖類およびその塩、有機高分子およびその塩、無機高分子およびその塩、分散体、並びに有機液体からなる。【選択図】図1 |
