To supply an accurate amount of oil liquid to an underground tank.SOLUTION: An oil liquid unloading device 100 comprises: a container 120 for storing an oil liquid supplied from a tank lorry 400 via a supply passage 110; a supply passage 180 having one end connected to a discharge port of the oil liquid stored in the container 120 and the other end connected to an oil injection port of an underground tank 300; a flow meter 160 provided on the supply passage 180, for measuring a flow rate of the oil liquid passing through the inside of the supply passage 180; a valve 170 that opens/closes the supply passage 180; a level switch 130 that detects whether or not a first predetermined amount of the oil liquid is stored inside the container 120; and a control unit 200 that controls the valve 170 to open when it is determined by the level switch 130 that the first predetermined amount of the oil liquid is stored inside the container 120, and supplies the oil liquid stored in the container 120 to the underground tank 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】正確な油液量の油液を地下タンクに供給することができる。【解決手段】油液の荷卸し装置１００は、タンクローリ車４００から供給経路１１０を介して供給される油液を貯留する容器１２０と、一端が容器１２０に貯留された油液の吐出口に接続され、他端が地下タンク３００の注油口に接続される供給経路１８０と、供給経路１８０上に設けられ、供給経路１８０内を通過する油液の流量を計測する流量計１６０と、供給経路１８０を開閉するバルブ１７０と、容器１２０内に第１所定量の油液が貯留されているか否かを検出するレベルスイッチ１３０と、レベルスイッチ１３０により容器１２０内に第１所定量の油液が貯留されていることが検出されている場合にバルブ１７０を開弁するよう制御し、容器１２０に貯留されている油液を地下タンク３００に供給する、制御部２００と、を備える。【選択図】図１
