Summary: | To provide a laminate which is excellent in both good adhesion to a base material, and easy-to-open handleability such as good easy tearability, and a method for manufacturing a laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate has at least four layers of a base material layer 1 (α), a resin layer (β), an adhesive layer (γ), and a base material layer 2 (δ), wherein the base material layer 1 (α), the resin layer (β), the adhesive layer (γ), and the base material layer 2 (δ) are mutually adjacently laminated, and the resin layer (β) and the adhesive layer (γ) satisfy the following characteristics. Resin layer (β): containing a polyethylene resin composition (B) containing an ethylene-based copolymer (A) having characteristics (a-1) to (a-4). Adhesive layer (γ): containing a reactant of a polyol compound and a polyisocyanate compound.
