To provide a laminate which is excellent in both good adhesion to a base material, and easy-to-open handleability such as good easy tearability, and a method for manufacturing a laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate has at least four layers of a base material layer 1 (α), a resin layer (β), an adhesive layer (γ), and a base material layer 2 (δ), wherein the base material layer 1 (α), the resin layer (β), the adhesive layer (γ), and the base material layer 2 (δ) are mutually adjacently laminated, and the resin layer (β) and the adhesive layer (γ) satisfy the following characteristics. Resin layer (β): containing a polyethylene resin composition (B) containing an ethylene-based copolymer (A) having characteristics (a-1) to (a-4). Adhesive layer (γ): containing a reactant of a polyol compound and a polyisocyanate compound. 【解決課題】基材等との良好な接着性と、良好な易引裂性等の易開封取扱い性の両方に優れた積層体及び積層体の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】基材層１（α）、樹脂層（β）、接着剤層（γ）及び基材層２（δ）の少なくとも４層を有し、基材層１（α）、樹脂層（β）、接着剤層（γ）、基材層２（δ）が互いに隣接して積層され、樹脂層（β）および接着剤層（γ）が、それぞれ下記の特性を満たすことを特徴とする積層体。樹脂層（β）：（ａ－１）～（ａ－４）の特性を有するエチレン系共重合体（Ａ）を含有するポリエチレン樹脂組成物（Ｂ）を含む。接着剤層（γ）：ポリオール化合物とポリイソシアネート化合物の反応物を含む。
