【課題】溶射時の酸化を抑制することが可能な複合溶射材料を提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係る複合溶射材料1は、表面が酸化処理された酸化膜3付の金属粒子2と、酸化物鉱物4とを用いて造粒される。金属粒子2は、Ni-Cr合金であり、酸化物鉱物4は、ベントナイトである。600℃~800℃で1~3時間加熱して、その表面が酸化処理された酸化膜付金属粒子が形成され、酸化膜付き金属粒子と酸化物鉱物とを用いて複合溶射材料が造粒される。【選択図】図2 |
