Summary:To provide a root crop harvester for storing properly, harvests fallen into a storage member from a transport termination part, without spilling to outside, for solving problems that, for example, in a root crop harvester for pulling and transporting root crops from a farm field by a pulling/transport device, and storing the root crops in a flexible container bag provided on a transport termination part, an upper opening of the flexible container bag provided on the transport termination part is fallen to an inside and the root crops sometimes spill to outside from the transport termination part without falling to the flexible container bag.SOLUTION: There is provided a root crop harvester comprising: a travel part for causing a machine body to travel; a steering part; a harvesting part for harvesting root crops from a farm field; a transport part D for transporting the harvested root crops; and a storage part E for storing the root crops transported by the transport part D, in the root crop harvester, a storage member 22 for storing the root crops released downward from a transport termination part of the transport part D through an upper opening 22a, is provided on the storage part E, and an opening expanding mechanism 32 for expanding the upper opening 22a of the storage member 22 is provided on the transport termination part of the transport part D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】引抜搬送装置で圃場から根菜類を引抜き搬送し、搬送終端部に設けたフレコンバッグに根菜類を収容する根菜類収穫機において、搬送終端部に設けたフレコンバッグの上部開口が内側に倒れ込んで、根菜類が搬送終端部からフレコンバッグ内に入らずに外にこぼれることがある。そこで、搬送終端部から収容部材内に落下する収穫物が外にこぼれることなく適切に収納される根菜類収穫機を提供する。【解決手段】機体を走行させる走行部と操縦部と圃場から根菜類を収穫する収穫部と収穫した根菜類を搬送する搬送部Ｄと搬送部Ｄにて搬送された根菜類を収容する収容部Ｅを装備した根菜類収穫機において、搬送部Ｄの搬送終端部から下方に放出される根菜類を上部開口２２ａから収納する収容部材２２を収容部Ｅに設け、搬送部Ｄの搬送終端部に収容部材２２の上部開口２２ａを押し広げる開口広げ機構３２を設ける。【選択図】図４
