Abstract To improve the recovery efficiency of polyester fibers from a waste cloth.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a method which includes treating a waste cloth including polyester fibers and wool fibers in an acid catalyst aqueous solution at 160°C-170°C, dissolving the wool fibers and completely separating from the polyester fibers in the treatment, and recovering the polyester fibers.
