Summary: | To improve the recovery efficiency of polyester fibers from a waste cloth.SOLUTION: The present invention discloses a method which includes treating a waste cloth including polyester fibers and wool fibers in an acid catalyst aqueous solution at 160°C-170°C, dissolving the wool fibers and completely separating from the polyester fibers in the treatment, and recovering the polyester fibers. The treatment method has a great merit economically due to having the high recovery efficiency of the polyester fibers from the waste cloth, and satisfying conditions required for industrial manufacturing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】廃布地からのポリエステル繊維の回収効率を向上させる。【解決手段】本発明は、ポリエステル繊維とウール繊維を含む廃布地を、まず酸触媒水溶液で160℃~170℃の温度で処理し、処理中にウール繊維を分解してポリエステル繊維から完全に分離した後、ポリエステル繊維を回収する方法を開示している。本発明の処理方法は、廃布地からのポリエステル繊維の回収効率が高く、工業生産に必要な条件を満たしており、経済的にも大きなメリットがある。【選択図】図1 |
