Summary:To provide an inductor component which can prevent degradation in strength of an element body and reduction in inductance while preventing a short-circuit between itself and another electronic component.SOLUTION: An inductor component comprises: an element body which contains magnetic particles, and which has a first principal surface, a second principal surface, and a lateral surface connecting the first principal surface to the second principal surface; inductor wiring provided inside the element body; first vertical wiring, provided inside the element body, which is connected to a first end of the inductor wiring and extends to the first principal surface; second vertical wiring, provided inside the element body, which is connected to a second end of the inductor wiring and extends to the first principal surface; a first external terminal which is connected to the first vertical wiring and is exposed on the first principal surface; and a second external terminal which is connected to the second vertical wiring and is exposed on the first principal surface. The magnetic particles are mainly composed of an Fe element.
