A spool shaft 31 of the spool 30 comprises a clutch pin 51. The pinion gear 60 comprises a gear part 65 comprising a tooth part at the outer periphery, and an engagement groove 64 to be engaged with the clutch pin 51 in an on state of the clutch in which the rotation of the handle is transmitted to the spool 30.
