Summary:To provide a device, a method and a program for point group data processing that optimize three-dimensional point group data of a processing object.SOLUTION: A device A for point group data processing determines whether or not loss of data exists in three-dimensional point group data of a target object, applies loss determination interpolation processing for interpolating the loss of data if it is determined that loss of data exists, determines whether or not outlier data deviating from a data value expressing the target object exists in the three-dimensional point group data after the loss determination interpolation processing, applies outlier determination elimination processing for eliminating the outlier data if it is determined that the outlier data exists, and repeatedly performs the loss determination interpolation processing and the outlier determination elimination processing until the outlier data no longer is determined to exist or until a prescribed upper limit frequency is attained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、処理対象の3次元点群データを適正化できる点群データ処理装置、該方法および該プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の点群データ処理装置Aは、対象物体の3次元点群データにデータの欠損があるか否かを判定し、前記データの欠損があると判定した場合に前記データの欠損を補間する欠損判定補間処理を行い、前記欠損判定補間処理後の3次元点群データに、前記対象物体を表すデータ値から外れた外れ値のデータがあるか否かを判定し、前記外れ値のデータがあると判定した場合に、前記外れ値のデータを除去する外れ値判定除去処理を行い、前記外れ値のデータがあると判定されなくなるまで、または、所定の上限回数に到達するまで、前記欠損判定補間処理および前記外れ値判定除去処理それぞれを繰り返し行う。【選択図】図1
